• Riva Mart reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price.
• Prices for products are subject to change without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Payment Gateway & Security Regulations

Riva Mart offers multiple secure payment methods to ensure a seamless checkout experience. All online payment transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption via RBI-authorized secure payment gateways (including Razorpay, PayU, and PhonePe).

4. Orders & Fulfillment

An order confirmation email/SMS is sent immediately upon successful payment or COD confirmation. Riva Mart reserves the right to accept or decline your order for reasons including non-availability of stock, suspected fraudulent activity, or unserviceable delivery locations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on Riva Mart, such as logos, graphics, text, images, software, and audio clips, is the exclusive property of Riva Retail Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Riva Mart shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
