1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Riva Mart are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email containing your courier AWB tracking link.

2. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

• FREE Standard Delivery: On all orders above ₹499.00.
• Standard Shipping Fee: Nominal fee of ₹49.00 applies on orders below ₹499.00.
• Express Shipping (Select Cities): Flat fee of ₹99.00 for 24-hour priority dispatch.

3. Real-Time Order Tracking

You can track the live location and status of your parcel at any time through our website:

• Go to My Orders and click on the Track Order button.
• Alternatively, click the tracking URL provided in your WhatsApp dispatch message or SMS notification.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most serviceable pincodes across India:

• COD orders require phone or OTP verification before dispatch.
• Please keep exact cash ready at the time of delivery. Delivery partners also accept UPI QR payments upon delivery.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages in Transit

All shipments dispatched from Riva Mart warehouses are transit-insured. If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or unsealed:

• Do not accept the package from the delivery executive.
• Immediately inform our Support Team within 24 hours at support@rivamart.com or call +91 87804 85963.
• We will ship a replacement order immediately at zero extra charge.
